How far in advance to I need to book?

June-October is our busiest time of the year. We suggest booking in advance, so you have the time and date you prefer. For last minute bookings you will need to call 843-421-8903.

How many guests am I able to bring?

For Yacht Charters we ONLY take charters of SIX OR LESS people. We do this so you can have an exclusively relaxed time and it allows us to give great customer service.

If you have more than 6 guest, we can accommodate more on a different type of charter boat. Please call 843-421-8903 for more information.

Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, you can bring beer and wine. Please limit the amount of liquor that you bring aboard.

Can I cancel my charter?

Please refer to the cancellation policy tab or call 843-421-8903.

Do you have fishing charters?

Luxury Charters does not offer fishing of any kind. Here is who we recommend.

How much do I TIP?

Tipping is optional but greatly appreciated. Generally, people tip 18-20%

Are taxis or Uber services available in the area?

Luxury Charters can provide a quote for limo and party busses for groups upon request.

For Ubers and taxis, we recommend scheduling in advance due to less volume in the area.

Where do I go when I arrive at Myrtle Beach Yacht Club?

For Booked Charters:

Parking- Please Park in the Guest Parking Spots immediately available on either side once you enter the Myrtle Beach Yacht Club Road.

When You Arrive- Please sit at the brown benches next to fuel dock and wait till your guide person gives you further instructions. We are REQUIRED to escort you down the boat ramp.

How much do I need to pay upon booking?

Paying online is the easiest and simplest way to book. If you Venmo us a nonrefundable deposit (half of your total) after you speak to us over the phone, we can hold your booking till the day of. The day of you will be responsible for paying the remainder balance by using a credit card on hand. We will forward our Venmo information after we speak to your party.

Is there music or speakers onboard?

We use wireless blue tooth speakers so you can walk around the boat and keep on dancing! So please have a designated phone to connect to the speakers with (Your Best DJ).

Can we bring food?

YES YES YES! You may bring as much food as you like. We have plenty of counter space and tables for us to accommodate your party. The first officer will make sure its all laid out for you and packed up at the end.

Can we buy food or alcohol on the boat?

NO. All alcoholic drinks need to be provided by your party. The mimosa cruise and overnight charters are the only cruises that provide complimentary drinks.

All food that we provided is complimentary and is based off what we have in stock. The only food that we charge for is when catering is requested.

What is included in my charter??

You are paying for captain services, and a server/ first officer to assist your party. All food and nonalcohol drinks are complimentary.

Will there be other people or parties on the boat when we are booked?

NO. We only captain private charters. We take pride on NOT being an attraction, tourist trap or entertainment venue. We are a luxury service that is based on customer service. We want you to be happy, pampered, relaxed, and safe.
