We will call you if there are any weather issues, someone will contact you to rescheduling. Any Weather issues are called by The Captain.
In the event of a mechanical issue, we will inform the charters it will affect. These charters will get a full refund and will be notified when they are able to rebook.
In the event the costumer does not show up for their charter they are forfeiting their deposit. The deposit is half of the package amount.
When a costumer wants to cancel ahead of time the deposit is non refundable. They have the choice to reschedule 48hours in advance or forfeit the deposit.
